Using Javora Studio
Javora Studio provides appointment, client, team, service, payment-recording and online-booking tools for non-medical beauty and wellness businesses. You must be an adult authorized to act for your business. By creating a studio or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Keep your login secure, give team members appropriate access and only enter data you are entitled to use. Do not upload medical records, diagnoses, payment-card credentials or unlawful content. You remain responsible for your services, client permissions, booking decisions and the accuracy of your records. Javora does not provide medical care or process your clients’ service payments through the payment-recording feature.
Your free trial
New U.S. studios receive 14 free days from studio creation, with no card required. Each owner account can create one U.S. studio. Signing in again does not restart the trial. Studios with a previously granted 30-day trial keep their saved end date.
When your trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue editing and accepting online bookings. You can still view and export your data. No payment is taken automatically when the trial ends: the owner must choose to subscribe and confirm checkout.
Paid subscriptions
Starter: $39 USD per month for up to 5 team members. Studio: $79 USD per month for up to 15 team members. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. Online subscription checkout is being prepared; contact us if it is unavailable.
When available, checkout is provided by Paddle as merchant of record and is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Your first confirmed payment starts paid access. Your subscription then renews monthly until canceled. Review the amount and recurring-payment terms before confirming.
Cancellation and access
Cancel future renewals using “Manage subscription” on your billing page or the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation retains access through the paid period. After that, viewing and export remain available, but editing and online booking stop. Failed renewals may receive a three-day grace period. A paused subscription restricts editing; suspension for misuse may block access.
Canceling a subscription does not itself request a refund. See the Refund policy for payment questions.
Your records and support
You retain rights to your business records and allow us to process them to provide the service. Use the export tools to keep copies. For account deletion, data requests or technical help, contact us using the email below. Ending a trial or canceling renewal does not automatically delete your records.
Service interruptions may occur, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms as the service changes and will communicate material changes to account owners. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
