Privacy policy
Effective September 11, 2026 · U.S. studio service
Information we process
For account owners and team members, we process names, email addresses, account identifiers, roles and login/session information. Studio records may include client names, phone numbers, optional emails, appointments, services, team schedules, notes and recorded payments. We also process support messages, security logs and subscription identifiers, status and payment history.
Payment-card details entered in Paddle checkout are handled by Paddle and its payment providers. Javora does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Do not put those details, diagnoses or medical records in studio notes.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate studio workspaces, arrange bookings, authenticate users, provide support, maintain security and manage subscriptions. Studio records are available to authorized members according to their roles. Business contact details and services that a studio publishes are visible on its public booking page.
We use service providers for hosting and storage, including the Sites hosting service and Cloudflare; Supabase for authentication and account emails; and Paddle for subscriptions and payment support. They process the information needed for their roles. Paddle also processes purchase information under its Privacy policy. Providers may process data outside your country. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect accounts and investigate abuse.
Cookies and security
We use necessary session cookies to keep you signed in and support account flows. Disabling these cookies can prevent sign-in. Access controls, authenticated sessions and encrypted connections help protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Studio owners should review team access and protect exported files.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained to provide the service and support business continuity. Trial expiry or subscription cancellation does not automatically delete them. You can use available editing and export tools or contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your authority; some records may be retained for legal, security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
For a booking or client-record request, contact the studio first: it decides which information to collect and how to use it for its business. Javora processes that information to provide the studio’s tools. Contact us for help with your Javora account or questions about this policy. Rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection depend on applicable law.
Updates
We will update this page when our practices change and communicate material changes to account owners. The date above identifies this version.
