When reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, PawDay version/build, and the steps that led to the problem. Hide personal information in screenshots. A complete diary backup is not normally needed for support.
Subscriptions and restoring purchases
Open Settings > Plans to restore purchases or open Apple’s subscription management. Use the Apple Account used for the purchase. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; paid features remain available until the current period ends. Saved records remain after expiry. Adding weights and viewing the measurement list are also free.
A reminder did not arrive
Check notification permission in iPhone Settings and the routine's enabled state and selected weekdays in PawDay. Open the app to refresh upcoming interval reminders.
The widget looks out of date
Open PawDay, check the selected dog, and return to the Home Screen. Open the app after a time-zone change as well.
A document cannot be added
Supported formats are PDF, JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Each file can be up to 5 MB, with up to 20 MB of documents per diary. Check that your device has free storage.
Backups
Export a backup from Settings. Restoring replaces the selected diary and leaves reminder notifications paused. Save a current backup before restoring.
Updates
Update the existing app. Do not delete the app as the first troubleshooting step, because your diary is stored locally.
